Responsibilities Lead the design of packaging and printed materials, strategising and designing bold work that aligns with our brand world and visual identity. Mentor and develop a Junior Designer, role‑modeling our values: Bold, Together, Accountable, Curious. Act as a Müller brand builder and guardian, inspiring best‑in‑class design across all touchpoints and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications Design qualifications (BA, HND or similar) and strong experience in packaging design, shopper print media and marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Solid knowledge of print production, colour science and colour management. Good knowledge of UX and UI digital designs. A creative thinker with a passion for design, high agility in a fast‑paced environment, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Leadership experience and a collaborative mindset. Ability to work effectively on Mac platforms. Desirable Extras Experience with Meta Business Suite, photography/videography, animation, or 3D design.
