About Our Nursery Located in Watford, our nursery is Rated Good by Ofsted, with a capacity for 46 children. Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet children's diverse needs. Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative high‑performing team. Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations for additional needs. Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s development. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre. Ideal Candidate Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager or Practitioner. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for children and team members.
