Mobile Electricians and Testers – TipTopJob (PPM) We are looking for qualified Mobile Maintenance / PPM Electricians and Electrical Testing / PPM and Remedial Electricians in Cambridgeshire. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across retail, industrial and commercial sites, ensuring compliance with NICEIC standards. Job 1: Mobile Maintenance / PPM Electrician Salary: Up to GBP 34,500 basic + GBP 250/month guaranteed bonus (first 3 months) + OTE GBP 40,000 Contract: Permanent, Full-time Location: Cambridgeshire (travel required) About the Role Deliver planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safe day‑to‑day operations and NICEIC compliance. Requirements Fully qualified Electrician (2365 with NVQ 3 or 236 Parts 1 and 2, or equivalent) with 17th or 18th Edition. Gold Card desirable. Full UK driving licence (max 6 points). IT literate, able to use smartphone/tablet. Able to carry and use steps/ladders for short‑duration work at height. Job 2: Electrical Testing / PPM and Remedial Electrician Salary: Up to GBP 36,500 basic + GBP 250/month guaranteed bonus (first 3 months) + OTE GBP 43,000 Contract: Permanent, Full-time Location: Cambridgeshire (travel required) About the Role Deliver compliance, planned maintenance and fixed wire testing (EICRs) to NICEIC standards, ensuring properties remain safe and compliant. Requirements Fully qualified Electrician (2365 with NVQ 3 or 236 Parts 1 and 2, or equivalent) with 17th or 18th Edition. 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification (or equivalent). Full UK driving licence (max 6 points). PPM maintenance and fixed wire testing experience. IT literate, confident with smartphone/tablet. Able to carry and use steps/ladders for short‑duration work at height. Key Duties (Both Roles) Carry out compliance visits and remedial works. Perform lighting maintenance. Test emergency lighting and fire alarms. Perform PAT testing and fire extinguisher servicing. Support occasional small project work as needed.
