OverviewThis role reports to the Head of Football with line management duties of traders. The role will encompass the overseeing of the offer at all stages of the market life cycle including quality assurance at each stage of the process in order to maximise revenues and minimise client contacts. The requirements of our B2B partners must be at the forefront of all trader’s thoughts. This role will be focussed on the day-to-day management of the Football Trading team and ensuring all pricing, trading and operational tasks are completed in a timely and efficient fashion. This role will provide a platform to explore all the opportunities the Company has to offer.We need someone to;Focus on rapidly expanding in-house Football Player service through efficient model manipulation with price and liability monitoringProvide detailed feedback to the internal quantitative team for model and pricing improvementsAssist Head of Football with testing requirements across full Football product and ensure clear feedback is provided to relevant stakeholdersEnsure Football Trading team as a whole are carrying out duties and responsibilities to highest possible standard and take appropriate steps if/when this is not the case, in consultation with Head of FootballProvide timely adjustments to trading models/platforms and monitoring of market conditions to maintain accurate pre-match outputsPrepare trading models for in-play events through accurate entry of pricing variables using the underlying market as a basisEnsure accurate entry of in-play match data for in-play eventsMonitor SSLN partner trackers to inform price movements, pre-match and in-playPerform operational tasks in relation to maintaining an efficient pricing and trading service for Risk Managed Services (RMS) partnersLiaise with Managed Trading Services (MTS) department to ensure all SSLN trading related obligations are fulfilled to the highest possible standardAdd tags and comments on RMS partners betflow to aid retrospective client management by Performance Analysis teamEnsure accurate entry of in-play match data for in-play eventsHave awareness of wholesale client requirements depending on sport/jurisdiction/market liquidityCommunicate with Front Line Support during trading to ensure accurate and efficient service is provided to all clientsApply industry knowledge and experience to help train, develop and mentor new, and existing, members of the teamCarry out line management duties for Junior Trader and Trader level team members, including objective setting and appraisal meetingsWhat we’re looking forPassion and excellent knowledge of Football with strong interest and understanding of the global Football calendar.Excellent attention to detailAbility to effectively manage workloads and follow tasks to a resolutionWillingness to work unsociable hours including evenings and weekendsExtra marks if you have5+ years’ experience within a Football Trading teamOpportunities for GrowthDirect mentorship from experienced senior staff across the businessExposure to sophisticated trading platforms and pricing toolsAccess to internal and external training course to aid personal developmentPotential for career progression within the SSLN and wider Betsson Group as skills and experience growThis role provides an opportunity to gain substantial industry experience and develop professional skills in a structured, dynamic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
