Our client, a friendly and nurturing school in Ellesmere Port, is looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support their early years team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to contribute to their learning and development in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences for children aged 35. Assist with planning and preparing activities tailored to the developmental needs of the children. Supervise and engage children during playtime and classroom activities. Support children's personal, social, and emotional development. Monitor and report on children's progress and wellbeing. Encourage positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. Requirements Previous experience working with young children is essential. Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (desirable but not essential). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
