Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Data Administrator to join the Maintenance Design and Assurance Team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. The Strategic Maintenance Planning Team are responsible for the application of planned, dynamic and predictive maintenance approaches to provide improved asset reliability and resilience and meet regulatory performance and provide cost effective maintenance whilst delivering Totex benefits across the operational units. As a Maintenance Data Administrator, within the Strategic Maintenance Planning Team, you will help ensure that all operational assets have appropriate maintenance plans to ensure reliability, resilience and sustainability and ensure they fulfil customer and stakeholder expectations. This is achieved by applying the right maintenance at the right time to secure cost efficient asset reliability. Where You Fit In Work with the Reliability Engineers to ensure all maintenance plans are relevant in SAP S/4Hana. Develop and maintain various KPIs for maintenance plans. Develop and build spreadsheets with Pivot tables and use Power Bi for reporting. Participates in the interpretation of maintenance performance and reliability data to identify critical assets/risks to the business and instigates repairs/replacements and long-term issue resolution. Be able to carry out site visits for the collation of data as required. Have experience in interrogating corporate systems, analysing & interpreting data. Have the ability to manage & prioritise workload whilst maintaining effective operational relationships. Work as part of the team to deliver excellent performance by understanding how their individual performance links into achieving the teams wider objectives. What Skills & Qualifications You Will Need Proficiency in the use of SAP S/4Hana Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite of tools, particularly Excel & Power BI reports. Ability to develop macros for spreadsheet reporting purposes. Ability to understand the importance of accurate and timely data in the correct format Ability to communicate effectively and present numerical and engineering data within the broader YWS engineering community. Current valid driving licence and flexibility to travel across the Yorkshire region with access to own vehicle. Previous experience gained within the water or wastewater sectors or within the broader utilities, process or manufacturing industry sectors.
