This is hands-on engineering with real impact. What you'll do Design and develop cutting-edge electro-mechanical automation systems (mechanics, optics, electronics, pneumatics, and software). Create and adapt CAD models, schematics, and technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve integration challenges and align to safety / quality standards. Work directly with clients-shaping ideas, scoping improvements, and driving innovation. Support technicians and coordinate teams to bring projects to life. What you will bring Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar). At least 3 years proven track record in leading robotics, mechatronics, or automation projects. Advanced expertise in CAD and simulation tools such as SolidWorks, MATLAB, or ROS, with the ability to guide teams in best practice.
