As we continue to grow, this role will play a vital part in helping us build diverse, mission‑driven teams across Corporate and Commercial functions. You’ll be joining a supportive, people‑first function with access to modern tools, cross‑functional projects, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.This is a hands‑on, delivery focused role where you’ll source candidates, coordinate interviews, and help shape smooth, inclusive hiring journeys. You’ll have exposure to modern tools like Ashby, Metaview, and ChatGPT, and join a collaborative team that’s redefining how we attract and hire top talent across Europe.ResponsibilitiesSource and hire top talent across our Corporate & Commercial teams (Finance, Legal, Marketing, sales, HR and more)Partner closely with hiring managers to design inclusive, efficient and high-quality hiring processes, bringing your market knowledge and data insights to the table.Run structured hiring kick‑offs, syncs, and debriefs, helping teams iterate and improve their approach to hiring top talent.Drive candidate experience excellence, using insights and feedback to implement improvements that enhance our brand and reputation.Use Ashby, Metaview and enterprise AI tooling (ChatGPT and Copilot) to automate and optimise workflows, improve funnel conversion and improve efficiency.Champion inclusive hiring practices, ensuring our values and DEI commitments are built into every stage of the process.Contribute to employer branding opportunities, events or community partnerships to elevate Trainline’s presence in the tech hiring landscape.RequirementsHave strong foundations in recruiting for Corporate or Commercial positions (bonus points for finance, accounting or legal) within fast‑paced environments. This can be within an agency, RPO, or an in‑house environment.Are skilled at building strong stakeholder relationships and adapting your approach to different personalities and priorities.Use recruitment data to influence outcomes, identify friction points, and drive improvements to hiring metrics and process effectiveness. We'd love to see actual metrics on your CVAre energised by working in a complex, scaling environment, taking accountability of your area while contributing to wider team OKRs and CX standards.Have a genuine interest in inclusive hiring, and love designing structured, values‑led hiring processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
