Responsibilities With a natural warmth and the wish to make a difference to our residents' lives, some of your duties will include: Being a caring and friendly listening ear, helping our residents feel that they're at home. Empowering and supporting our residents to make their own choices. Helping residents with their daily activities like washing, dressing, eating. Hourly rate is from 20th April 2025 Qualifications and Expectations We highly value our care assistants, and you will be encouraged to develop your career and skills through our excellent, tailored training and support.
