An Independent Healthcare Communications (Healthcomms) Agency is looking for a Director level Client Services professional to join their growing team. They work with global pharmaceutical companies, biotech innovators and med‑tech businesses, creating campaigns that change clinical practice and patient outcomes. Hybrid: Minimum 3 days per week in the office in Surrey Responsibilities Taking ownership of a portfolio of global and European pharma brands, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across markets. Building and nurturing long‑term relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic partner. Leading and developing your team, providing day‑to‑day guidance, mentorship, and clear career development pathways. Driving year‑on‑year organic growth, identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen existing accounts. Shaping truly integrated campaigns across HCP, patient, and digital channels, working closely with cross‑functional specialists. Contributing to new business efforts, bringing strategic insight and energy to pitch development and presentations. About You 9+ years experience in healthcare marketing and health communications, primarily within leading agency environments. Currently operating at Associate Director/Director level within a comparable healthcare marketing agency. Proven track record managing and growing global pharma accounts, with hands‑on leadership across complex, multi‑market programmes. Confident and credible with senior stakeholders, including Marketing Directors, Medical Directors, and cross‑functional client teams. Highly proficient in ABPI Code, Veeva approvals, and MLR processes, offering a dependable and compliant approach to delivery. Fully committed to hybrid working, with a preference for being in the Surrey office three days per week. Collaborative, grounded, and genuinely easy to work with, a positive cultural fit as well as strong technical experience.
