We are looking for a mechanical maintenance supervisor to join our team and help us achieve our mission of being leading expert in our field and providing the best solutions for our customers. Responsibilities Responsible for the upkeep and general reliability of the equipment. Ensure plans and strategies are effectively undertaken. To promote the environment and health and safety in the workplace. Delegate work appropriately. Provide your team with development opportunities and coaching. Requirements NVQ level 3 Engineering (or equivalent). Lean Six Sigma (Yellow belt) (desirable). Project management qualification or training. Ability to trouble shoot under pressure and make recommendations. Frontline maintenance experience within a continuous process manufacturing facility. Experience of contractor management.
