Director of Cricket at The Cricket Asylum & TCA Sports Tours | Specialist Wicket Keeping & Batting Coach | Founder & Trustee of The Cricket Asylum… TCA Sports Tours is seeking a UK based, experienced senior sales professional to lead the national growth of our schools sports tours programme, with a particular focus on cricket. This is a senior appointment suited to someone who has operated at national or regional sales manager level and is ready to take ownership of a key growth area for the business. The role is ideal for someone who brings strong relationships across the UK schools sports market, especially within cricket, but who can also confidently promote our wider range of sports tours. What the role involves Leading national sales strategy and managing the full schools pipeline across cricket and other sports Drawing on your existing network of Directors of Sport, Heads of Cricket and school leaders to drive new opportunities Developing and executing a sales plan aligned with business growth targets Managing key accounts and supporting long-term school partnerships Working closely with the operations and product teams to refine tours, pricing and propositions Representing TCA Sports Tours at school visits, events and industry gatherings Contributing to senior‑level decision‑making as part of the leadership team What we’re looking for Significant experience at national or regional sales manager level, ideally within sports travel, school sport or related sectors Established contacts within UK schools cricket (as well as wider school sport) Proven track record of delivering growth through strategic sales leadership Strong presentation, communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to work independently, manage national‑level accounts and drive your own strategy Willingness to travel regularly for school visits and events What we offer Competitive senior salary with performance incentives Freedom to shape and lead the schools sales function Supportive, collaborative team culture Opportunities to travel with selected tours Flexible working options Based in Yorkshire, TCA Sports Tours is a provider of bespoke cricket tours and tournaments, delivering tailored experiences for players and teams around the world.
