OverviewHGV Technician - Days - DAF Wolverhampton. We’re on the road to expansion and are looking for a hands-on, motivated HGV Technician to join our workshop. If you know your way around commercial vehicles and enjoy solving problems in a supportive workshop environment, this could be your next big move.ResponsibilitiesPerform servicing and repairs on HGV vehicles, adhering to the quality standards established by DAF and the Commercial Motor Industry.Diagnose defects to accurately identify and address mechanical issues.Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve operational goals.Take a proactive approach to solving technical problems, contributing to a smooth workshop workflow.Communicate clearly with colleagues, ensuring documentation and exchange of information regarding repair processes and progress.Adhere to company and dealer processes and procedures, meet and exceed targets, report opportunities for improvement, and participate in training to maintain and develop skills.Ideal candidateA valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
