Overview HGV Class 1 Driver (Store Delivery - Retail) – Location: Hatfield. Hours: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday. Start times between 04:00–06:00 on day shift and 12:00–17:00 on late shift. Pay: £20.44 from 04:00–13:00; £21.76 from 13:00–04:00. OT after 8 hours with rates: £30.65 from 04:00–13:00; £32.65 from 13:00–04:00. We’re hiring experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our retail delivery team. If you hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence, we’re looking for reliable and professional drivers to carry out store deliveries for a leading retail brand. If you enjoy being on the road, keeping things running smoothly and representing a trusted logistics team – we want to hear from you The Role Delivering retail goods from distribution centres to store locations. Deliveries are within north London, Essex and Kent. Predominantly palletised loads with minimal manual handling. Day shift and night shift work with regular start times. Average shift length is 8 to 12 hours depending on the route. Ensuring deliveries are made on time and in full. Completing vehicle checks and maintaining accurate delivery records. What You Need Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence. CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. A minimum of 1 year's experience required. No more than 6 points. A professional and customer-focused approach. Good understanding of drivers' hours and road transport regulations. What’s In It For You Competitive hourly or salary rates.
