Job Summary Senior Store Assistant at Toolstation, Thetford. 30 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can commute easily to the store. Store hours are 7 AM–8 PM; early starts and late finishes are required. Responsibilities Roll up your sleeves: hand‑on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, stocking shelves, and keeping shop clean. Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience. Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders. Offer outstanding customer service during busy times. Ask customers the right questions to help them find everything they need. Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up. Keyholder responsibilities: open and close the store, assign daily tasks, and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed. Qualifications Friendly personality and a high standard of customer service. Reliability: flexibility, commitment, and support for customers and team. Accountability: experience as a key holder or supervising team members. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
