If successful, the final step will be to complete the onboarding process and background checks.Responsibilities & QualificationsPrevious experience of managing ERP projects as a Project Manager through all phases: governance, requirements, vendor selection, risk analysis, implementation, customization, testing, training, and rollout.Knowledge of Prima or INFOR systems will be a bonus but not a 'must have'Strong knowledge of Finance and HR functions and business processes.Drive business analysis, process improvement initiatives, including BPMN 2.0 process mapping.Coordinate milestones across multiple teams using project management tools.Lead risk management and mitigation strategies.Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement throughout the project cycle.Strong understanding of different project approaches (Agile/Waterfall).Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.Ability to work unsupervised and to time and budget.The successful candidate must be willing to work onsite from Kettering for 3 days a week.About Agile Talent CommunityGrant Thornton’s Agile Talent Community is a network of contract professionals, giving you the opportunity to work with our clients alongside Grant Thornton teams on a project-by-project basis whilst being supported by our dedicated Agile Talent team.You can choose to work with Grant Thornton as an Independent Consultant either through your own limited company or on inside IR35 terms.
