You’ll shape the product roadmap, improve product performance and ensure best-in-class standards are maintained to assist the company with its overall growth strategy. Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid, up to 3 days onsite) Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll coordinate the roadmap and guide the business through structured, insight-led product delivery. This is a brilliant opportunity for a straight‑talking, collaborative Product Manager who loves bringing people together, translating ideas into user stories, and turning strategy into shipped features. The Product Manager will: Own the product strategy and roadmap. Work cross‑functionally to ensure strategic alignment across the business. Conduct research and data analysis (client feedback, competitor insight, market trends, product usage, emerging tech) to refine priorities and identify new opportunities. Deliver new feature and functions which improve the overall product offering. The Product Manager must have: Experience in a SaaS environment. Strong track record in technical product delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, and working closely with development teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and research capability, able to present clear recommendations. UX/UI/Product Design understanding and experience.
