We invite you to bring your unique talents to our school and help shape the future of our wonderful students Requirements Experience teaching Year 2 or Year 3—ideally both Have experience or be comfortable teaching mixed year groups across two key stages Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have strong behaviour management strategies The ability to work effectively as part of a small team Be willing to get stuck in and support the school in any areas in which support is needed, such as extra-curricular activities and subject leadership Have strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
