This role offers flexibility with a commitment of just one day a week. Tailor your schedule to suit your lifestyle while gaining experience in diverse settings.Competitive hourly rate: Earn £35-£40 per hour, reflecting your expertise and commitment.Work-life balance: A one-day-a-week commitment allows you to maintain an enviable balance between professional and personal life.Professional development: Enhance your skills and knowledge working alongside experienced colleagues in the field.Scenic location: Experience the picturesque charm of Princes Risborough during your working day.What you will do:Provide therapy in a school setting for pupils aged 11-18 with complex needs, including social, emotional, and mental health challenges, communication and interaction difficulties, and associated challenging behaviour.Assist senior clinicians in ensuring all team members have access to a SALT-based framework for client care through advice, consultation, clinical supervision, and sharing SALT knowledge, research, and theory.Contribute to the development and implementation of best evidence-based practices within the service.Maintain excellence in communication programmes for individuals within the designated services.Exercise professional responsibility based on the Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics of the relevant SALT professional body.Ensure the highest standards of clinical record keeping and report writing.Requirements:Must be registered with the HCPC.Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.Valid UK driving licence preferred.Princes Risborough is a charming market town that offers a welcoming community and scenic beauty.
