Truck Sales Support Executive

£28- £30k

Key Responsibilities

Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00pm

Sales Support & Administration

*

Coordinate with the sales team regarding workshop and external work on sold vehicles.

*

Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and vehicle progress.

*

Prepare subcontractor orders and liaise with external contractors.

*

Arrange vehicle PDIs and communicate effectively with workshop teams.

*

Produce and manage warranty documentation.

*

Support vehicle deliveries, including occasional pick-up and drop-off as required.

*

Perform general sales support tasks to ensure timely vehicle progression and customer satisfaction.

*

Assist with preparing reports on sales performance and unit numbers.

*

Prepare presentations to support departmental activities.

*

Manage incoming and outgoing emails efficiently.

*

Provide diary management support for the team.

General Duties

*

Adhere to company and DTUK working methods, policies, and procedures.

*

Ensure all activities are carried out legally, safely, and in line with company Health & Safety standards.

*

Maintain a tidy and well-organized working environment.

*

Complete all departmental paperwork accurately and submit it to the appropriate teams on time.

*

Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

*

Conduct all duties in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, ensuring timely resolution of queries.

*

Undertake any additional duties required to support the company and help achieve business objectives
