At GBS, we are seeking a multifaceted and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Pensions Systems Department. • Demonstrated ability as a Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of methodologies and standard processes.
• Proven history of managing software development projects and leading teams with diverse functions.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in UK pensions administration and familiarity with third-party administration systems is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to deliver high-quality results.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Travel: Occasional travel within the UK required.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• SQL proficiency and familiarity with enterprise application architecture.
• Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools.
