Sales Manager Opportunity – Swindon | £50K–£65K + Car Allowance + Bonus

🛠 What you’ll be doing:

Leading and coaching a high-performing B2B sales team
*
Expanding customer base across direct, broker, and subcontracted channels
*
Collaborating with senior leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
*
Building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
💷 What’s on offer:

Competitive salary: £50,000–£65,000
*
Car allowance: £8,500–£10,000
*
Bonus scheme: up to 10%
