About the Role Establish and lead the Curriculum Records element of the expanding Curriculum Management Team. Ensure a strong emphasis on improving data quality, leveraging and advancing our systems, managing annual curriculum planning cycles, and providing excellent service experiences. Act as a bridge and facilitator between other specialist teams at the University to guarantee that high‑quality curriculum data is entered once, maintained, and seamlessly distributed through technical integrations for repeated use. Directly oversee downstream process improvements, such as creating and rolling out a unified solution for students to select optional modules and enabling academic departments to confirm these choices. Lay stronger foundations for delivering outstanding education and student experiences, giving the successful candidate significant influence over our approach and the chance to make a lasting impact. Flexible Working We will consider applications for employment on a part‑time or other flexible working basis (e.g. job share), despite the position being advertised as full‑time. About You Substantial experience in enhancing and delivering services within student administration, quality assurance, or student systems – roles that demand technical skill, attention to detail, and confidence in managing large‑scale, data‑driven processes. Strong leadership, service improvement, and change management abilities to better manage the curriculum across our large, diverse, and decentralised university.
