Job Description Grounds Maintenance Operative Location: Winchester Hourly Rate: £12.21 to £13, dependent on experience and qualifications Contract type: Permanent Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm About the role Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, leaf clearing, and more - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Operative and you'll be doing them all. As part of our team at Winchester, you will keep the grounds in wonderful condition for our client. It's a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment Requirements Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required, experience with ride on mowers beneficial. A full valid UK driving license is essential. PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable. Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
