About The Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager to join us to ensure installations run smoothly. The role involves ensuring customers receive excellent quality service and projects are completed on time within the Cumbria area, ideally between Kendal and Carlisle. Key Responsibilities Review contracts, issue work to surveyors, and assist surveyors with technical challenges, ensuring contractors meet deadlines. Schedule work for our fitting teams and external contractors to keep building work running smoothly. Act as the first point of contact for liaising with all trades, ensuring a smooth continuation of work and a first‑class operation for customers. Attend site to oversee any installation issues, ensuring health and safety is adhered to, site housekeeping standards are maintained, and the client is satisfied. Ensure contracts are completed on time and to a high‑quality standard. Develop excellent working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and dealers. What We Are Looking For Previous experience and strong knowledge of the window/conservatory industry is desirable. Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver installations to the completion date. Strong negotiation skills, focused on achieving budgets and maintaining profitability. Excellent product knowledge, staying up to date with industry and new product developments. Strong technical capability, able to understand the theory of installation processes. Good commercial and business acumen. Excellent people management skills, with the ability to provide strong leadership and direction. How Ready to start your career with us?
