Global Events Director – This is BeyondJoin us as a Global Events Director to lead strategic direction, commercial success, and flawless delivery of our premier events.Company OverviewThis is Beyond is a dynamic B2B events company based in West London, specializing in luxury travel events and trade shows that redefine industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and deliver the event’s strategic roadmap, ensuring growth, impact, and industry leadership.Own the event’s P&L, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform innovation.Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team across sales, marketing, content, and operations.Drive revenue and audience growth through data‑led commercial strategies.Represent the event as a senior ambassador, building long‑term relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.Lead continuous evolution of event format, content, and experience.Ensure every customer touchpoint reflects exceptional service and brand quality.Required QualificationsStrong commercial mindset with experience in luxury hospitality, sales, marketing, or business development.Experience with budget management, P&L ownership, and commercial strategy development.Strong strategic, analytical, and data‑driven decision making.Proven negotiation, stakeholder management, team leadership, and relationship‑building.Operational mindset with hands‑on event management experience.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.Willingness to travel internationally.Energy and hunger to continuously improve and build on success.Our ValuesCuriosity – Always ask why.Integrity – Be driven by good, not greed.Teamwork – Empower others and leave your ego at the door.BenefitsPension Scheme, Hybrid working arrangement, Health Cash Plan/BUPA coverage, Ongoing Learning & Development opportunities, Bonus earning potential, Social events & travel opportunities.Position TypePermanent, 4‑day working week: 3 days in office (Shepherd’s Bush), 1 day working from home, and Friday as a non‑working day.Diversity & InclusionWe are dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace.
