With full technical training, real autonomy and long-term stability, this is a role where you can truly make your mark.The RoleAs Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a specialist indoor production facility, overseeing operations across laboratory, glasshouse and controlled-environment growing areas.You'll lead the site team, maintain exceptional standards and ensure customer deadlines are consistently met.Day-to-Day, You'll Be:Managing and supporting a small, diverse site teamOverseeing production across growing, harvesting and laboratory areasEnsuring quality, traceability, hygiene and Health & Safety standardsCoordinating production to meet customer requirementsWorking closely with senior management to improve site efficiencyWhat You'll Need:Proven people management experienceAgriculture or horticulture background (or strong practical experience)Organised, confident and hands-on leadership styleGood IT skills (Excel, Word, Teams)A positive, proactive attitude - personality is key(technical training provided.)What You'll Get:Accommodation can be provided for the first 12 monthsPrivate medical, dental and health coverCompany pension (salary sacrifice)23 days holiday + bank holidaysLong-term, stable role in a unique production environmentWhat's Next?Apply with your CV below - it doesn't need to be perfect.For a confidential chat, contact Kieran on or
