Key responsibilities include project management, performance evaluation, and product roadmap contribution. Strong experience in C#, C++, SQL, and a proven ability to mentor others are essential. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have a solid background in financial technology. This role is mostly on-site, requiring presence 4 days a week.
