If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future About the Role (Job Purpose) As the Business Operations Manager for our AI Datacenter Services division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational alignment, project execution, and process optimization across the business. Reporting to the SVP of Business Operations, you’ll support the planning and coordination of strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Infrastructure, Commercial, and Finance to help drive efficiency and scalability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment What You’ll Be Doing Support the SVP in overseeing daily business operations, aligning internal teams to meet performance, uptime, and service delivery goals. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance teams to facilitate seamless execution of projects and initiatives. Proactively identify and address operational bottlenecks. Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for strategic and technical projects, including data center expansions, service rollouts, and platform integrations. Analyze and improve workflows across operational functions, focusing on increasing reliability, reducing latency, and improving cost-efficiency. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide insight into operational KPIs, project status, and service-level metrics. Coordinate leadership meetings, operational reviews, and strategic workshops. Own follow-ups, action tracking, and project alignment. Provide regular updates to the SVP, Business Operations and COO and contribute to broader operational strategy planning About You (Skills / Qualifications) Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Strong project execution and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross‑organisational collaboration. Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting with multiple external and internal priorities. Excellent interpersonal and fluent communication skills in both English and Norwegian. Exceptional organizational skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
