At Beechwood we support adults with physical and neurological conditions including : Muscular dystrophy Spina bifida Huntington’s disease Stroke Brain injury Cerebral palsy Learning disability Korsakoff’s syndrome Currently, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead to lead our dedicated team What You’ll be Doing Assist the Manager in the day‑to‑day operations of the nursing home Lead and support the clinical team to deliver high‑quality care Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Develop and implement care plans Conduct staff training and development Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
