Amazon Ads is seeking a leader to define, build, and execute the roadmap for launching new ad programs for Amazon Retail Ad Service. This service enables retailers to launch and scale their own ads business using Amazon’s proven ad‑technology and advertisers to reach and connect with shoppers across retailers. We are seeking a Technical Product Leader to lead the end‑to‑end advertiser experience, including advertiser adoption, campaign management and optimization, advertiser performance, and insights across all Amazon surfaces (Console, Bulksheets, APIs, Attribution and Reporting), including go‑to‑market, and partner integration. In this role, you will drive the roadmap for a large advertising business. You will spearhead the definition of new capabilities through product and business requirements documents, innovate and apply GenAI based solutions to solve problems at scale and coordinate complex product initiatives across internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features. You are at your core a builder, comfortable with ambiguity, a deeply analytical mind, and able to influence across organizations, working backwards from customer to deliver value. Key job responsibilities opportunities and write new proposals to help us drive growth for retailers and advertisers. Define, present, and align long‑term vision and strategy to leadership. Define and create new customer experiences across customer surfaces (e.g., API and Console products). Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute your vision. Work closely with engineering, design, operations, legal, finance, customer service, sales, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution. Leverage your analytical skills and work independently under tight deadlines. Throughout, you will internalize Amazon’s Leadership Principles and apply them in everyday practice to guide your programs to success. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of end‑to‑end product delivery experience 8+ years of technical product or program management experience Bachelor’s degree Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience technical product management Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement Experience with end to end product delivery Experience in advertising and adtech product development. Demonstrated track record of building end‑to‑end product solutions with GenAI components Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
