As a Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning services for a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will be part of a collaborative and innovative team, working alongside experienced professionals to help shape and transform communities across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert planning advice to clients on development proposals, planning policy, and strategy.
Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and supporting documentation.
Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Undertake site assessments, research, and contribute to the preparation of planning reports.
Stay up to date with planning legislation, policies, and best practices.
Assist with the management and delivery of projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
The Ideal Candidate:
A degree in Town Planning or a related field (MRTPI qualified or working towards).
Experience in development planning and a sound understanding of planning legislation and policy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them within deadlines.
A proactive and adaptable approach with a desire to contribute to the growth of the team.
