In Your Role as Technical Consultant As a Technical Consultant you will be part of the EMEA Go To Market team, delivering customer‑centered technical solutions that maximize ROI and drive adoption of Staffbase’s platform across the UKI and Nordics/Benelux regions. Responsibilities Engage with customers to assess and design technical rollout and launch plans. Lead technical discovery workshops to evaluate security, structural and business requirements. Develop scalable and flexible solutions based on customer needs. Advise on system integrations with platforms such as Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta and ADP. Guide customers on best practices for leveraging Staffbase APIs and SDKs. Collaborate with Technical Specialists to customise applications for corporate branding. Oversee and execute technical projects from planning to implementation. Act as a liaison between customers and internal Product teams to advocate for customer needs. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in consulting, professional services or sales engineering. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Strong presentation skills for business‑oriented solutions and advanced technical concepts. Good knowledge of web development (HTML/CSS) and at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Java, PHP or NodeJS. Comfort using the command line or application logs to troubleshoot integrations. Experience leading and delivering technical projects, engaging stakeholders across multiple levels of IT executives. Strong time‑management skills to meet fixed deadlines. Benefits Competitive compensation with salary and Long‑Term Incentive Plan.
