Pay Base pay range: £13.00 per hour (40 hrs per week) Full‑time position About the role As a Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role within our childcare setting, overseeing and assisting with the daily operation of the nursery. This role involves leading a team of nursery practitioners, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality care and education for children aged 0‑5 years. Maintain high standards of safety, health and professional development. Qualifications Level 3 Qualified Practitioner or above, in accordance with government guidelines. Strong leadership skills.
