Baking brilliance makes every day special.What You’ll Actually DoManagement of Engineering resources to deliver asset reliability through effective development of Planned Preventative Maintenance activity, breakdown review and action using lean tools and the application of best practice techniques to constantly improve performance of operational assets and the affective planning and scheduling of those preventative maintenance activities for delivery through Manufacturing Technicians. Reporting to the Engineering Maintenance Manager, the Engineering Reliability Lead must be able to collaborate with production, planning and Engineering peers in order to support optimum maintenance delivery.
