Experience / Qualifications Will have a proven track record working as an Administrator / Coordinator within an Asbestos Removals company Excellent organisational skills Robust written ability Proficient in using IT software, such as the Microsoft Office suite and TEAMS Strong communication skills Professional manner The Role Supporting the successful delivery of asbestos removals projects within a busy company Scheduling projects for teams of site staff, ensuring deadlines are met and work is allocated efficiently Contacting clients and residents to arrange access for works Creating jobs on internal databases and keeping an accurate record of work progress Answering incoming enquiries from clients in a timely manner Issuing invoices and raising on the company database General administrative support to site staff and members of the management team Ordering equipment and keeping a record of items purchased for accounts We are also interested in anyone with p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or s301 CCP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
