Assist and advise the Senior Management Team on commercial influences and risks around any bids. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to produce accurate and timely estimates / cost data. Ensure supplier / subcontractor terms are back-to-back with the client requirements, and if not, assess impact of any deviations. Prioritise workload and support the team to produce results in a timely manner to meet business needs. Liaise with key stakeholders such as customers and operational colleagues on a day to day basis and influence them. Develop and implement process changes to improve performance following need to make changes. Qualifications Excel proficiency. Water and Waste Water experience (3+ years). Degree in construction or Quantity Surveying. Must be happy to be paid VIAUmbrella payment. Rates & Shift pattern £650 per Day (Mon - Friday) Hybrid 80-90% WFH and intermittent travel to site.
