• Salary: £28,000
• Hours: 40 hours across 4 or 5 days
• Holiday: 28 days

Revive Education are working with a warm, welcoming nursery in Wimbledon, just 5 minutes from the station, who are looking for a motivated 3rd in Charge to join their team. This is a fantastic step for a strong Level 3 practitioner looking to progress or an established 3rd in Charge seeking a friendly, family-focused environment.

This lovely setting cares for 52 children across 3 rooms and has a fun, close-knit culture with a strong focus on Montessori-inspired learning and Forest School.

3rd in Charge – What They’re Looking For:
✔ Level 3 Early Years qualification
✔ Experience leading a room or supporting senior leadership
✔ Confident working with 2–3s or 3–4s
✔ Positive, reliable and able to support a team of 12
✔ Passionate about high-quality learning and development
