Care Assistants pay rates (rate per hour, inclusive of holiday pay): Day Time £15.69 Evening £16.03 Weekends £16.81 Bank Holidays £23.53 0.35p/mile Sponsor care assistant: £25,200 annually for a 37.5 hours/ week contract £12.82/ hour overtime, (regular overtime available) 0.35p/mile Waking nights: (rate per hour, inclusive of holiday pay) Weekday £14.01 Weekend £15.13 Bank Holidays £21.01 Sleep-in: (rate per night, inclusive of holiday pay) Weekday £84.05 Weekend £89.66 Bank Holidays £126.08 Live-in: (rate per day, inclusive of holiday pay) Low complexity £109.47 Medium complexity £136.84 High complexity £164.2 In addition to your pay: You will be working for a CQC rated Outstanding company You will be working for a genuinely caring company. We do a minimum of 1 hour calls (95%) - This means more care time with our lovely clients and you earn 1 hour’s pay with 1 client as opposed to many clients. Sufficient travel time between clients.
