  • General Responsibilities:
    • Work in a joint leadership capacity within a mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) discipline team providing design and technical advice.
    • Supervise the completion of detailed designs and the work of others.
    • Consider the feasibility of the project and lead the overall feasibility study.
    • Act as the client's key point of contact and responsible for overall project delivery.
  • Business Development Responsibilities:
    • Provide excellent client care and develop additional business for the team.
    • Assist with developing client relationships to promote new commissions.
  • Management Responsibilities:
    • Take responsibility for and direct others in the production of detailed and performance specifications.
    • Development and line management of junior staff.
    • Hold regular team meetings to discuss resourcing and staff issues.

Your Team:

  • Our team is comprised of 10 engineers and part of a wider group of 35 engineers working across the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health specialisms.
