About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for managing the company's social media platforms, creating engaging content, and developing strategies to grow the online community. You'll also oversee digital campaigns and analytics, ensuring the brand's voice is consistent and impactful across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Develop and execute creative content strategies to engage audiences and promote the brand.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyse performance metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Oversee email marketing, website content, and other digital communication channels.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
  • Exceptional creativity and the ability to craft compelling, on-brand content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising is a plus.
