Responsibilities Deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions for students with a range of special educational needs. Plan and implement structured, differentiated schemes of work tailored to each learner’s needs and goals. Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching methods as needed. Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and independence. Requirements Proven experience working with children and young people with SEN, especially ASD, ADHD, and PDA. Confident teaching Maths and English across the primary or secondary curriculum. Able to assess needs, plan effectively, and deliver individualised lessons. Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Details Location: Towcester (in-person tutoring) Hourly rate: £25–£30 (depending on experience and qualifications) Flexible hours – part-time or full-time options available All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
