Student Support Role – Learning Manager (Maternity Cover) Student Support Role – Learning Manager (Maternity Cover) at Outwood Grange Academies Trust – Outwood Academy Bydales is an 11-16 school located in the beautiful coastal village of Marske‑by‑the‑Sea, close to the North York Moors National Park. Job Description You will be required to support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring to maximise student attainment. As a Learning Manager, you must be able to work with students and have a real interest in the issues faced by them. You will monitor and support all students in the year group, both academically and behaviourally. You will work closely with the Inclusion Co‑coordinator and the Leadership Team on improving student behaviour, attendance and outcomes. Day‑to‑day, you will work with students to help them reach their best potential. The successful candidate must be extremely well organised, able to prioritise work and ensure strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on your own initiative and to lead by example is essential. You will be required to deal with students, parents and outside agencies in a professional, prompt and confidential manner. To view the full job description please click here.
