About IProspect iProspect is the fastest growing global media agency network of the last three years, accelerating brands that shape the future. We partner with some of the world’s most iconic companies, including Kering, BMW, Netflix, Salesforce, eBay, Ferrero, Carlsberg, and more. We’re always looking for brilliant talent to join our team—if you have a restless attitude and a performance mindset, we’d love to hear from you. Job Description As BMW Group Europe evolves to a direct-to-consumer sales model, data-driven cross-channel media planning will take on an increasingly important and strategic role in their business. Our planning capabilities reflect the client’s operating structure: campaign planning at a regional level; integrated planning in market, and in-channel performance planning expertise in a regional hub. This role is a key connector between these three entities, providing best-in-class performance planning guidance for markets, connecting measurement and experimentation programs with our Scaled Activation Team’s best practice, and supporting central strategists on the development of full funnel campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop the global performance marketing strategy (paid search, paid social, programmatic). Establish and further develop international campaign architectures, including playbooks and governance. Advise global and local stakeholders on KPIs, budget allocation, media mix, and optimization approaches. Lead centralized regional planning for performance campaigns. Liaise closely with creative and production partners to ensure optimal mix of assets is created for each campaign. Champion best practice in central biddable channels. Governance and consistency of cross-channel approach between markets, SAT, central planning and client’s media team. Partner closely with Head of Digital Operations to ensure cross-channel synergies and innovation. Consult with Measurement and Experimentation colleagues on optimal testing and scale processes. Lead performance decision-making on SAT-only planning processes such as CoDu and Feeds. Ensure learnings (from reporting and experimentation agenda) are integrated into central and local planning recommendations. Raise the bar of digital knowledge in small/medium markets and consult large markets on their digital roadmaps. Collaborate with the central planning team as they define and deliver strategic projects for the region. Consult on JBPs, D&T, Experimentation, Measurement, and Reporting work streams. Operational Excellence. Ensuring efficient campaign setups across all markets and channels. Analyzing large amounts of data to derive measures, forecasts, and growth opportunities. Managing testing roadmaps, including A/B and multivariate testing as well as landing page optimizations. Team & Project Management Coordinating international performance teams and managing external partners. Acting as an interface between media, data, tech, and creation—globally and locally. Responsibility for reporting, performance monitoring, and presenting results at C-level. Technology & Tracking Collaboration with data and tech teams on tracking concepts, measurement frameworks, and attribution models. Ensuring modern tracking standards (GA4, Floodlights, server-side tracking, consent management). Use of automation and optimization tools (bid strategies, feed management, AI-supported optimization logic). Your Skills for iProspect Strong experience in performance planning within media or integrated marketing, ideally across multi-markets. Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and deliver global to local media consultancy. Strong analytical mindset with expertise in leveraging data and insights to inform decisions. Familiarity with planning tools, methodologies and consumer research. Passion for innovation, transformation and creative approaches to engage audiences. 5–10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an international agency or global company. Very good knowledge of paid search, paid social, and ideally programmatic. Experience in managing large international budgets (6–8 figures per year). Deep understanding of tracking, data architectures, attribution, and testing methods. Strong analytical skills and confident handling of complex KPI frameworks. Project and stakeholder management at an international level. Business fluent English and German (in case you are based in Germany).
