At More Community Leisure Trust, our goal is to get more people active by providing affordable, safe and enjoyable lessons for all. We are offering a qualified Swimming Teacher position to attend a course and gain an additional STA Award in Teaching – Disability Swimming. The next training course will take place at Stoke Mandeville Stadium on 8 9 10 December (9 am‑6 pm). Teaching our swimming lessons will see you delivering safe, fun and progressive lessons. We want you to feel safe in your employment so we will contract you for as little or many teaching hours as you want around your current commitments. Paying for your own safeguarding and DBS checks aren’t fun or cheap, so we provide these for you There’s also no need to hold your own personal insurance as you will be covered by ours. Serco manages these facilities on a day‑to‑day basis on behalf of the Trust. Responsibilities Deliver safe, fun and progressive swimming lessons. Work flexibly to cover 20.45 hours per week across 2 shifts. Contracted as per your available teaching hours. Provide the enthusiasm to grow our programmes.
