Certification preferred.Substance Abuse Experience (SUD) preferred.Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker RequirementsTwo years of mental health therapy and counseling experience.Ohio licensed LICSW or LMHC required.Ability to work on-site.Strong written, verbal, and listening, patient report building, and assessment skills.Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostic assessments with treatment recommendations.Develop an individualized treatment plan using appropriate diagnostic criteria.Build relationships with a diverse set of patients.Work collaboratively with prescribers, clinicians, and families.The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
