Using our app, they complete mystery shops, audits, and checks, giving clients fast, reliable, and actionable insights.The RoleAs a Customer Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring data collection runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and insights are delivered accurately. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into clear job templates, and collaborate across teams to make sure everything runs right the first time.What You’ll DoLead delivery for key client accounts, ensuring projects run on time and meet expectationsWork directly with clients to define requirements and shape job templates in our systemsBuild and test question sets in tools like Typeform and Shepper AdminCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery:Sales – align on client goals and project scopeData – ensure templates produce clean, reportable outputsCommunity – monitor progress and support the Shepherd networkOps – guide job setup and quality assurance processesTech – flag improvements to optimise tools and workflowsTrack progress, spot risks early, and take action to keep projects movingAbout YouStrong project management and organisational skillsConfident communicator who can build great relationshipsHands‑on problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environmentSkilled in Excel and comfortable using digital tools and platformsCollaborative, proactive, and detail‑focusedThe EssentialsSalary: £40–45k (depending on experience)25 days’ holiday allowance (+ Bank Holidays) + your birthday + two annual volunteering days.Access to WeWork with all the amenitiesHybrid working (London office near Liverpool Street)Great culture – supportive, social, and purpose‑drivenNo more guesswork.Community powered data collection at your service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
