You’ll develop the technical and interpersonal skills to help you succeed and make a lasting impact.Working as part of our Mechanical, Electrical, & Public Health (MEP) team, where we have partnered with data centre provider Equinix, we are now looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our 2026 development programme and help us shape the future with purpose and innovation.What you'll do:Help minimise the costs of a project to ensure profitability and risk mitigationBuild relationships and negotiate with trade contractors and client representativesSupport the preparation and completion of site measurement and records, day work sheets, labour and plant returnsProcure trade contract packages, including completing detailed tender analysis and preparation of tender and contract documentsAssist with the procurement of sub-contract packagesWork within the projects commercial team and have responsibility in measuring and quantifying works for cost plan validation, completing interim and final account valuationsPrepare contractual documents including preparing scopes and sub-contract warrantiesOther commercial tasks depending on project needsWhat you'll bring to the role:Studying towards (in your final year) or having completed a Quantity Surveying degree accredited by the RICS.
