About the role Coba Education is recruiting caring, proactive Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across primary, secondary and SEN settings in Daventry and nearby towns and villages. You'll work closely with class teachers and SEND leads to help pupils progress and feel safe, supported and included. (Coba works with primary, secondary and SEN schools across the region.) Key responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support, adapting to different needs and abilities. Reinforce class teaching through targeted interventions and in-class support. Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing; contribute to a safe, inclusive environment. Support assessment, feedback and pupil progress tracking, as directed. Liaise professionally with teachers, parents/carers and external specialists, when required. What we're looking for Experience as a Teaching Assistant/LSA (SEN experience welcome). A patient, resilient, pupil-first approach and strong communication skills. Ability to follow teacher plans yet use initiative to keep pupils engaged.
