OverviewAn amazing job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to manage a brand new residential service based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers.A brand new nurse-led residential service designed to support adults with enduring mental health conditions who no longer require hospital-level care.QualificationsTo be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) + valid NMC Pin and hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all colleagues provide excellent standards of support to the people we support, with a focus on positive outcomes, promoting choice and independence and positive behavioural supportPromotes a Positive safeguarding and learning culture, where there is openness, honesty and transparencyRole modelling the Adult Care Positive Culture Pledge and ensuring it is embedded in practice along with the principles of careEnsure that all support plans are person-centred, reviewed and updated regularlyMaintain a profitable service through monitoring of cost control, effective use of resources, maintaining high occupancy levels, fee adjustments and effective budgetingEnsure that the service achieves and remains compliant with regulatory standards, health and safety, financial regulations, company policies and proceduresSkills and experienceAbility to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide an excellent service of person-centred careGood working knowledge, with a proven record, of CQC standardsConfidence to communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitorsA proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sectorConfident communicator with strong leadership credentialsSalary and benefitsThe successful Registered Manager will receive an excellent salary of £45,000 per annum.
